Asphalt Seal Coating– This is a critical step in order to extend the life of your pavement in Denver. This technologically advanced equipment uses infrared wavelengths to heat asphalt pavement without a direct flame, which keeps the essential binding agents of the pavement intact. Infrared asphalt repair is the best and most cost effective solution for: potholes, minor alligatored areas, utility cuts, and high/low areas. However, for more extreme cases removing a section of the existing pavement and replacing it with new asphalt may be required.
